Prof Ajinkya Harshey

Ajinkya Harshey is a creative educator who walked away from the rigid architecture education system at prestigious School of Planning and Architecture, Delhi to build what he needed 16: Real mentorship, Creative freedom, and a space where students could grow into who they are meant to be.
Over the last decade, he’s mentored over 1000 students into top architecture and design colleges across India. His approach blends structure with empathy, challenge with trust — rooted in a passionate commitment to each student’s creative growth.
Known for his unfiltered honesty and deep insight into both design and people, Ajinkya is a respected voice in creative education, he continues to question the system, protect creativity at the grassroots, and stand by young minds that dare to think differently
